Admission Application Instructions
Applying for admission to Caldwell Academy consists of a two part application. Part I is completed online and is basically child and family demographics that will integrate with our school database system. Part II is more detailed and includes release of records authorizations that we will need to move forward with the application process. Both Part I and Part II are required, along with the $100 fee, for your application to be complete. We will begin processing completed applications for the 2012-2013 school year on December 1, 2011. Completed Kindergarten applications for 2012-2013 are currently being accepted.
