Pay Your Balance On-line
You may notice a new button to the left. Parents now have the option to pay for charges on-line instead of sending in a check for your outstanding balance. This option is for all payments (sports teams apparel, field trips, emergency lunches, etc.) except for tuition. Tuition payments must still either be via lump sum check or monthly bank draft. Please contact the accounting department if you have any questions.
Please use Headmaster On-Line to look up your account balance then utilize the “Pay Now” button to complete your transaction. We utilize PayPal for this service but you do not need to have a PayPal account.
Headmaster Online Did You Know (DYK) and Q&A
DYK – There is now an online directory of all students at Caldwell. In Headmaster Online you can look up another students home phone number or have the system send an email to the parents. We are working with the developers to further enhance the online capabilities to foster communication across the Caldwell family.
DYK – You may edit your information any time by clicking on the “My Profile”, selecting the family member on the right whose information needs updating and choosing the “pencil” next to the information you wish to edit. The changes don’t happen immediately though. We must download them, verify the information then upload again. This is usually done in 24 hours.
Q – I filled out the Student Profile Sheet on my child but the information in Headmaster Online is not updated.
A – Typing all this information is a manual process and we are working as fast as we can to get all information updated. The good news is, we only have to do this once. Next year the process will go much faster.
Q – Why do I get two emails from Caldwell sometimes?
A – Because we have the same email address for both you and your spouse. We send out information from two different systems and only one of those systems can tell that the address is the same.
Q – When does homework show up in Headmaster Online?
A – Homework is uploaded at 3:30pm, 5:00pm, 6:00pm and 10:00pm along with several times on the weekends. After homework and grades are input by the teachers it will show up shortly after the times listed above.
Q – I see I have a balance in my account, but what is it for?
A – Clicking on the “My Statement” link beside your account balance will give you details of open invoices on your account.
Q – Why can’t I pay my balance online?
A – This is coming soon! We will have a link on the left side of the home page which will take you to our PayPal account. You don’t need to have a PayPal account to use the service. We chose PayPal to keep our fees as low as possible.
Q – Why do you need my insurance information?
A – We are updating all student profiles and insurance information as part of the Emergency Information we keep on each student. Our goal is to print the most updated Emergency sheets for any group of students traveling off campus. In the rare event that it should be needed, having complete doctor and insurance information available immediately may save time in obtaining necessary services for your child.
Q – You can just look up my child’s doctors phone number if you need it right?
A – Emergency contact sheets need to be ready for emergencies. We would not have time to find a phone book in the event of an emergency. If your doctor’s phone number is not listed, please update this information.
New Facebook Page
Notice the Facebook button to the left. It will take you to the Caldwell Academy page on Facebook. Postings from past events with pictures and Event reminders will automatically be sent to you if you “Like” the page. It is the newest way we are keeping you up to date with the latest news from Caldwell. Check it out.
