We moved to Greensboro in 2002 from the Deep South State of Alabama. My doctoral work is in childhood development as it applies to biblical parental discipline of the preschool child. I served as pastor of two PCA churches in Alabama for a total of 18 years. At our second church which administered a Christian School, I was Superintendent of the school (overseeing the Headmaster) and served on the School Board for seven years. I served four years in the US Army as an Infantry Platoon Leader, Company Executive Officer, and Division Training Inspector. I was a collegiate and international freestyle wrestler, but I am too old and too fat for that now. I once wrestled two live bears when I was in a more stupid season of life. I am an avid hunter, fisherman, and Alabama football fan – - (where do you think Clete got it from?). Jaime and I are huge fans of the Lord’s special ministry at Caldwell and I am looking forward to serving Him as a member of the School Board.
