Laura Snead
By God’s providence I came to Caldwell Academy when my family moved to the Greensboro area in the summer of 2011. I was married to Gabriel Snead in 1998, and our daughter, Leyna, was born in 2006. I developed a passion for teaching in a Classical, Christian environment during my time as Kindergarten Teacher at Covenant Classical School in Fort Worth, Texas. It is a joy and a privilege to partner with parents to instill a lifelong love of learning in these precious students. I received a BA in Psychology from William Jewell College in Liberty, MO. I continued my education at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, where I earned an MA in Christian Education and an MA in Marriage and Family Counseling. I enjoy sailing, scrapbooking, and spending time with my family.
