My wife, Natalie, and I have lived in Greensboro since 1988. We have three sons, Stephen, who is a Caldwell graduate and currently attending NC State University, Benjamin, a Caldwell graduate currently attending Gardner-Webb University, and Jonathan who currently attends Caldwell. Our son Stephen was in the first kindergarten class at Caldwell. I have been on the board since 1998, and Natalie is the Cross Country and Track coach and a Rhetoric math teacher. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, spending time with my family, playing and watching basketball, watching football and movies. I am on the faculty at Wake Forest School of Medicine, where I teach and do research on chronic diseases such as cancer, diabetes and cardiovascular disease. I received my PhD in Foods and Nutrition from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a Master’s Degree in Epidemiology from the Wake Forest University. Our family is excited about being a part of what God is doing at Caldwell Academy. It is such a blessing to know our children are receiving a Christ-centered classical education.
