Tammie McLean
I am a native of Rockingham County and graduated from a small school there, then received my undergraduate degree in English and French education from UNC-Chapel Hill and a master’s degree in English from Duke University. In 1986 I left teaching to move to Greensboro and work for a publishing company, where I met my husband, Mickey. Our daughter, Maddie, was born the year that Caldwell Academy was founded. God eventually led us to enroll her here, and we have been so blessed. We know that she is receiving an excellent education, and even more, that she and all of the other students are loved, prayed for, and encouraged to grow in Christ and in their love and respect for their peers. It is a privilege to work with you and your children in a place where we can support you as parents and where God is honored and given the glory for all that is accomplished.
