My husband and I were very thankful to discover a classical Christian school when we moved here in 1996. We have four sons (2 are alumni) who have been blessed as Caldwell students in ways that are more apparent each year. I am a graduate of Winthrop College and work part-time at Caldwell as a receptionist and in after school care. My husband, John, is in pharmaceutical sales and serves as an elder at our church. In addition to serving as a board member, I volunteer in the classroom and conduct grammar assembly once a month using character-building as a theme. For us, Caldwell is very much a family affair. Not only have we loved having all our sons attending school together, but we also enjoy a great sense of ownership in a school we are very committed to. In many ways, Caldwell is an extension of our home. Our children are nurtured, educated, and taught a Christian worldview in a way that goes hand-in-hand with how we live as a family. It is exciting to watch Caldwell mature year after year as a God-centered school of excellence!
